Thank you for visiting and shopping at in10tional™ by J La Faye. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 Shipment processing time

Regular orders are processed within 1 -3 business days. During a period of high demand orders may take 4-6 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.

Our Ready 2 Label products are made to order. Please allow extra time to process and ship large quantities. The average shipping time is up to 2 weeks, however depending on the size of your order it may take up to 4 weeks.

USPS pick up may take up to 1-3 business days.

Due to Covid 19 measures and mandates, deliver may take 7-10 business days. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, contact us immediately @self-care@in10tionalbyj.com

 Boutique Orders

Boutique orders may take 1-5 business days for processing. (This does not include weekends and holidays.)

Boutique orders may take 8-15 business days for shipping. (This does not include weekends or holidays.)

Boutique delivery times vary depending on the delivery location. 

 

Active & Casual Wear Orders

 Active & Leisure Wear orders may take 1-5 business days or processing. (This does not include weekends and holidays.)

 Active & Leisure Wear orders may take 8-15 business days for shipping. (This does not include  weekends or holidays.)

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

International Shipping

Due to the shipping challenges as a result of Covid-19, we are not shipping internationally at this time.

 

Refund and Return policy

Due to the natural, organic nature and preservation of our self-care products, and the heightened precautions we take with all of our products, as a result of covid, we are unable to accept returns.

In the event your order arrives damaged in any way, please email as a resus as soon as possible at info@in10tionalbyj.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, and will review your case to determine the best solution.
